Lis Wiehl is an American lawyer and writer who was formerly the Fox News analyst.
She is an adjunct professor at Law, New York Law School. Previously she was associate professor of Law University of Washington Law School. She has been a legal analyst for the National Public Radio's radio program as well as the Radio Factor of Bill O'Reilly. She appeared regularly of The O'Reilly Factor as well Lou Dobbs Today, The Kelly File With Megyn Kelly, The Kelly File with Neil Cavuto and The Kelly File.
Wiehl was raised in Yakima and went to West Valley High School. She graduated from Barnard College with a Bachelor's degree at the age of 33 in. In 1985 she received the Master of Arts Degree in Literature at the University of Queensland. And in 1987 she was awarded the Juris Doctorate at Harvard Law School.
Wiehl was a prosecutor in the past at the US Attorney. She was the legal correspondent for NPR's All Things Considered. She served as "the deputy chief investigative counsel for Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee during Clinton's impeachment." From 1995 to 2001, she served as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, where she ran the Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl has worked as an analyst for Fox News analyst since 2001.
